Abstract Information is important for making successful delay and disruption claims in construction projects. Without the required complete information, it becomes challenging to provide supporting evidence damages incurred due various events. However, there are several difficulties associated with managing information needed claims, which create complexities substantiation resolution of these claims. This research, therefore, aims explore such propose recommendations its mitigation improve process To achieve this, concept management was adopted.
